Career Path
Managed the parallel launch of the web platform and native mobile app. Completely redesigned the web ecosystem and built the native MVP from scratch. Established a brand-new visual system, product structure, and design voice. Left behind a robust, highly scalable infrastructure that actually scales.

When sanctions hit, we didn't just adapt — we rebuilt. Re-launched Sberbank Kazakhstan into Bereke Bank under an entirely new identity and strategy. I hit the ground running to ship core transfers and payments from scratch. Backed every design decision with rapid usability testing to dominate the market fast.
