Career Path
Managed the parallel launch of the web platform and native mobile app. Completely redesigned the web ecosystem and built the native MVP from scratch. Established a brand-new visual system, product structure, and design voice. Left behind a robust, highly scalable infrastructure that actually scales.
Two platforms, one ultimate goal: keep the ad machine moving without friction. Built a high-velocity campaign creator for sales teams and translated massive data into actionable dashboards for managers. Overhauled the workflows from top to bottom. Fewer steps, faster selling.
When sanctions hit, we didn't just adapt โ we rebuilt. Re-launched Sberbank Kazakhstan into Bereke Bank under an entirely new identity and strategy. I hit the ground running to ship core transfers and payments from scratch. Backed every design decision with rapid usability testing to dominate the market fast.
Joined as a junior and quickly stepped up to handle complex product challenges. Designed non-banking ecosystem services where user loyalty and retention were our primary goals. Conducted continuous UX research and usability testing to eliminate interface friction and improve return rates.
Freelance
Led the end-to-end product design for the EnerGo mobile app in Uzbekistan, driving the project from initial market research and CJM to shipping the final iOS and Android apps. Benchmarked global EV platforms, adapted best practices for the local market, and established a scalable visual system while guiding a junior designer through the process.
Designed an internal CRM and admin platform from scratch to automate complex HR workflows. Transformed a fragmented maze of manual approvals into a streamlined, few-click system, making document processing faster and frictionless. Developed a scalable component library to optimize future product iterations.
Managed the end-to-end design strategy for a complex IoT parking ecosystem. Spearheaded user research and customer development to translate technical hardware constraints into seamless digital scenarios.
